Douglas P. Lambert



Doug Lambert has over twenty five years of complex and general litigation, business and accounting experience in South Florida and Central Florida. He has successfully represented clients in numerous litigation matters involving commercial, business and real estate disputes. His practice includes extensive work in banking and real property litigation, including foreclosure cases, lender liability actions, and workouts. He also spends considerable time litigating accounting-related disputes as he began his career at a national accounting firm. He has litigated numerous complex commercial landlord-tenant matters, and has also successfully counseled clients in lease disputes. He also has more than fifteen years experience in handling divorce actions, including litigating these matters, as well as drafting, structuring and negotiating pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
